Refund policy

You may return the product you purchased to WildLakes for the following reasons:

If the item is faulty. Depending on the fault, the item may either be repair, replace, or returned (full refund provided).

For change of mind: Items can be returned only within 30 days of purchase.

If you return your items via shipping or post: Please contact info@wilakesnz.com.

All shipping return charges must be pre-paid.  

WildLakes will not refund or reimburse any costs incurred by you to return the items to us, including any shipping or insurance charges, unless the item is faulty.
